Land Tech General Contracting and its consultants provide the following services:

  1. Site inspection, zoning analysis and development of preliminary site plans.
  2. Coordination with the client to determine specific requirements as to building improvements.
  3. Preparation of drawings and specifications necessary to construct building improvements.
  4. Assistance to the Client in submitting building permit applications and obtaining the permit, including preparing submittals, meeting with town officials and attending board meetings.
  5. Development of a project schedule with periodic updates and availability and pricing of various design alternatives.
  6. On-site project supervision throughout the construction phase.
  7. All labor, materials, equipment and subcontract items necessary for the completion of the project.
